Last week I told a few hours off from the grind of school and work and homemaking to go boating with Mary Jane and Randy. SOOOOO much fun! The water was so smooth that both Randy and MJ were coerced into their first dip of the summer and I drove the boat for Randy to slalom since he had just greased the steering mechanism and it was too hard to manipulate for MJ's taste. Although most people think wakeboards are just for jumping I like cutting and sitting down and doing other things with them...

I like your blog of our boating outing! Thanks for driving. My shoulder is still paining me off and on since the day Amy had her wisdom teeth taken out. Tomorrow we're taking 3 of my student workers out from 9 to noon. They have to work in the afternoon so once again, we're under time constraints. Can't wait for the day when we can go out and come back when we FEEL like it again!
