Kelli had to answer questions about Jonathan and for every one she got wrong she had to chew another piece of bubble gum. The wad got pretty huge.

Napkin rings from Kari, she always has napkins with napkin rings on our plates at her house so this is the perfect way to remember her every time I set a pretty table.

There's always a few rowdies in every crowd. These two were quite a hoot - Lynda Smith (long time Ford family friend) and Janita Herod (longtime Knight family friend). Some other dignitaries included: France cousins Keli and Monica, Dr. James & Dr. Gadd (School of Nursing Dean and professor), Joyce Richert (coworker) and Kelly Pratt (MSN classmate).

Mary Jane made me towels with handles to go on the cabinets under the sink! They have basil on them like we both like to grow every summer.

It was amazing how many special people we got to see and spend time with in one weekend in Collegedale!

Kelli and Jonathan joined us at the Heilman's for Sabbath lunch. All 3 summer wedding couples were there!

Mom and Stephanie showed up Saturday evening for some games - Mom, Randy, and MJ played a train game - rumor has it there was some cheating going on...

Charlotte Wedding shower

My first wedding present from the ladies at Carolinas Outpatient Diabetes Center where Ryan's mother works. This dish set from Pfaltzgraff was on my front porch Friday morning! Aren't they beautiful!

Ryan's mother and some Charlotte church ladies put on a shower for me this Sunday.

We were given so many nice things I can't even remember them all but here are a few of them for you to see:

And then they read me a list of all the things I had said at the shower as though they were what I would say on my wedding night... We were laughing til we cried.
