On Sabbath the Knights came for lunch along with Courtney Herod - their summer house guest. We missed having Ross and Stephanie at home too but they were both at Nosoca.
It was great for Ryan and I to have everybody all together. Even the dogs got to play in the backyard together. Their first meeting hadn't gone so well in the confines of Jake's house but they became good buddies on neutral ground.
Toby was so mesmerized by Jake that he let Jake do all the fetching which made Jake quite hot. He enjoyed slurping the water out of the bird bath Dad filled over and over for him.
We could even enjoy the front porch with the help of ice water and the ceiling fans.
