Making corn chowder and cornbread

Settlers of Catan extension, Corningware bake dishes, 3 tier cooling rack, and a service for 8 set of dishes back at MPA

Because we have no clue where the candles are...

Morning Walk

In need of some R&R, I went for a walk with Dorinda, one of my work cohorts, and Leewa, meaning parasite in some language, (probably not spelled right but this is my phonetic spelling) and which is short for Leewanig which also means something in a foreign language (probably Phillipino since Dorinda was an SM there for a year). Only Dorinda would come up with such a name...

The Traveling Petersen's come to Collegedale!

Erik and Tara made their home at my house for a few days. It was so nice to have them share my little house! I've missed them being out of the country for so long. The best thing about these weddings coming up is it means we'll all get to see each other again soon!

On Saturday night we girls went out to see 27 Dresses since the theme follows our currents trains of thought. It was great for us to be together! We celebrated Tara and Hollie's birthdays too with ice cream at Marble Slab. We were all so busy doing stuff this is the only picture I have of us all together! Unfortunately I had to work today...

This is my cousin Keri's little boy Josiah. Keri is my only cousin (out of the 17 on my mom's side) that is my age! She says Josiah needs a cousin playmate his age so we should get cookin'... Hmmm...

Weekend with friends (pardon my tired eyes)

Friday night MJ, Randy, Ryan H., Ryan K., Kelli, and Jonathan came over for supper. Then Jonathan, Kelli, Ryan and I sat on the couches and talked... in the cold... (Ryan brought the duvet off my bed he was so cold) and being tired, we got pretty silly. I think Jonathan and I were especially tired...

Hollie came for a visit Sabbath afternoon since we couldn't get together Sunday (her birthday!)

Ryan and Carrie get a little early wedding practice

Saturday night was game night. There are so many games at the Heilman's house, we fit in as many as we could along with a little Chef-Boyardee pizza!

Pool was followed by some fuse ball, which was then followed by Settlers of Catan (on Carrie's blog)

Weekend with the boys

After Sabbath lunch cleanup, we headed to the woods for a little frisbee throwing.

Ryan's Giants advanced today, must bring out the gear for the occasion.
